An Herbaceous Proposal
Many passion-drenched issues were touched on in the months and weeks leading up to the elections that took place earlier in November. There was one that, to these eyes, seemed to be passed over at every turn: the adoption of "broccoli" and "cauliflower" as official polar opposites of each other.
I would like to rectify that, however, by now making the following case: that these two items be added to what is colloquially known as "opposing sides of the Pong court", and will henceforth be considered in the same, useful canon with their fruited brethren "apples/oranges"; standing alongside other ESAs such as "night/day", "circle/square" and "sun/rain".

That was, by far, the most random and hysterical use of links I have ever seen. I think my favorite was the Martian polar cap, but I have been trying to learn Canon in D major, so that was pretty helpful too!

Yes -- let it be known, cauliflower is a difficult subject.
Broccoli's pretty laid back.
