Happy Birthday HotPads!

HotPads.com turned one year old today.  Last year at this time we had dark circles under our eyes....and 6 listings on the site.  Since then the dark circles have become permanent facial features....and our listings have grown to over 20,000 apartments, condos, and rental houses.

What are we doing to celebrate?  We bought office chairs.  After a year and a half of sitting on wooden dining room chairs, we splurged and bought "Lane Micro-Fiber Manager Chairs" with "Ergo-Contoured lumbar support."  Finally, OSHA will get off our backs!

There is already a buzz in the office about next year's anniversary.  Will we get desks? 

Thanks for everyone' support during this past year.  We have had a great deal of fun building HotPads.  We are looking forward to the upcoming year.  Hopefully we can continue to make housing search easier and home listings more effective.
