Well it seems that it is Monday again, which means that the Carnival of Real Estate results are up. This week's hosts, My 1st Million at 33, kindly categorized the submissions into "investing," "real estate market," and "real estate professionals" and, once again, there were some very interesting and informative articles. Because there is some debate over the originality of the host's pick of the week (10 Things Your Real Estate Broker Will Not Tell You), I've decided to pick my own.
