Real Estate Search Technology and Business Time Line
There has been an explosion of innovation in the real estate search industry over the past two years and beyond. HotPads has created an interactive time line that tracks both technological advancements and business events (investments, acquisitions, and IPOs).
It is a good resource to get a broad understanding of this rapidly changing industry. The companies we have tracked include Zillow, Craigslist, Oodle, Trulia, Redfin, zipRealty, Rent.com, Apartments.com, National Association of Realtors, Move, and of course HotPads.
