Unusual Amenity

New York City is respected for being a trend-setter, but they're calling that into question with this decision:

I just don't see roof-top toilets catching on any time soon in other cities.  I'm surprised they're even popular in NYC, especially during the winter.  This one is notably peculiar in that it doesn't have a stall surrounding it, nor does it have a toilet paper holder (at least it's not visible in this photo).

Unbeatable view though!
