HotPads' Android Application allows you to take your housing search on the road, all while enjoying these great features:

Search for Housing on the Go with the HotPads Android App!

Set Your Search Criteria:

Enter an address to search nearby, or just use your GPS location to view available properties around you. Narrow your search by type of real estate: rentals, for sale, vacation homes, and hotels, and set your pricing parameters and number of bedrooms.

 
 Browse Available Listings

All available properties that meet your criteria will be displayed on an easy-to-use map.  Zoom in or out on the map to narrow or broaden your search area. When you have viewed a listing, it will turn grey so that you can easily see which listings you have already seen and which are new.

 

 View Detailed Listings & Contact Properties

When you find a property that peaks your interest, click on the icon to view the full listing details.  You can see the pricing info, as well as descriptions, amenities, and photos for the property.  If you are interested in the property, you can "add it to favorites," "email a friend," or "share on it on Facebook."  

 

You can also contact the property directly by email using the blue contact box, or call the property by using the phone number provided.

Get Walking & Driving Directions

We also make it easy to visit the property by giving you directions: both driving and walking!  Just click "Directions" and a line will appear showing you where to go, as well as turn-by-turn directions to get you there!
