While we're thrilled to have 4 million properties listed on HotPads, the tricky part is being able to effectively present and organize this vast pool of data. That's why we're especially excited to launch our latest visual search filter, called HotSpots.
HotSpots is the first online tool that dynamically visualizes relationships between housing location and price. This means you can easily see big picture price patterns with detailed information about individual listings.
Each colored dot is an actual listing you can click and view pictures, property details, and send an inquiry. The more you zoom in, the more properties you will see sorted. You can narrow your search even further by using the lasso search, which helps you see properties in neighborhoods you care about the most.
