Introducing the Favorites Tab and Revamped Email Alerts

We know that when looking for a new place, you are likely to search and compare as many listings as possible. In fact, house shoppers look at almost a million properties on HotPads every day! With all the available real estate and rental listings, we thought there needs to be a better way to organize the search process. 

That's why today we're excited to introduce the "Favorites Tab". Think of it as a personal search history map, helping you visualize which listings you added as a favorite, contacted, viewed, took notes on, or hid from search results.

We also wanted to make it easier to monitor new properties entering the market. Now you can quickly save as many searches as you wish and sign up for email alerts about newly listed properties in those areas. You can set the frequency of alerts to always stay one step ahead of the market. This is ideal for anyone looking for a new place and real estate professionals keeping an eye on multiple territories.

To keep track of your search history over time and to save searches, you will need to create a free HotPads account (this takes just a moment).
