Introducing the New Listing Page

As HotPads quickly becomes the most popular service to create, track, and syndicate listings, we decided to make it even easier to get your property up on our site. We started rolling out the new design last week, so you might have already seen some of the changes. You can expect to see a few more upgrades shortly.

 

The new layout makes it easy to create a listing in three simple steps. First, enter the address of the property, then add several quality photos, and finally describe all the unique details. The more details and photos you include, the higher the chance of getting qualified leads. You can always edit, distribute, and see stats about your listing by going to the "my listings" page.

 

As always, when you list on HotPads, your property is syndicated to the top housing search sites, you can export your listing directly to Craigslist, you receive higher visibility on our map, and you have the option to promote your listing with one of our vibrant red "featured" buildings. Creating a listing directly on HotPads also helps you keep track of leads and allows you to edit details on the fly.

I've been using this new listing page since you put it in place, and to be honest, it has slowed my listing time down by double. I get many errors, sometimes I have to add the +4 zip to get the address to take, it is very hard to navigate. So far, two thumbs down. I need something fast and easy to use.
