A few weeks ago we set out to make the most intuitive listing creation online. In the process, we managed to compact the listing builder into two simple steps: 1. select the Listing Type 2. edit Listing Details – done. With this new two step user experience, we noticed that 96% of people who started creating a listing successfully followed through with activation within minutes. This is a significant completion rate!
Considering that nearly all listings created on HotPads are free, automatically syndicate to the most popular housing search sites, export directly to Craigslist, and are tracked with an advanced dashboard, our next goal is to make HotPads the largest listing creation platform online.
With a few more exciting listing creation projects in the pipeline, a listing builder with an impressive completion rate, and now more than 6 million monthly visitors, we think our next goal is within reach.
